Dubbel Trubbel is a Belgian Dubbel. This ale is fermented with a Belgian yeast strain known to give fruity underlying taste. Dubbel Trubbel has the unique brewing additive of dark imported Belgian Candy Sugar. This additional sugar allows the beer to increase alcohol by volume to 7.1%. Two low alpha acid hops were used to provide flavor without adding bitterness, making this ale very drinkable.

 

The ABV of this Belgian Dubbel is 7.18%. The IBU rating is 16. Initial brewing in November 2013, with second brewing March 2014.
